What is Customer Service?

This video was created to help retail employees understand how their actions impact customer service.

The video was also translated into Spanish.

Work included discovery, scriptwriting, storyboarding, design and animation. I also hired and managed the voice talent.

The audio mix was created with Adobe Audition. Graphics were created from stock vectors that were modified in Adobe Illustrator. All media assets were then imported into After Effects for final assembly.
